The Superb Fairy-wren is the only Fairy-wren found in Tasmania. The male is easily distinguished by their almost iridescent blue plumage while the females are mostly brown. Fairy-wrens are often seen flitting around in urban areas, parks and gardens in groups or pairs. 

The Everlasting Daisy is also known as a Paper Daisy or Strawflower due to the texture of its petals and proclivity for longevity once picked. The pink version of Everlasting Daisy is found in southern Victoria and Tasmania.
